Position overview:
In this role, the Sales Assistant will be responsible to ensure the realization of contractual obligations and cooperation with Sales Representatives with improving relations with customers.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about back-office tasks and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Contract management (monitoring customer credit limits and billing, monitoring the implementation of contracts – orders, processing customer orders, etc.)
• Creation and verification of invoices, archiving and dispatch of both export and domestic invoices.
• Organization of delivery of goods to customers according to the sales and production plan.
• Supervision of issued approvals.
• Distribute communications to related departments in a timely manner when needed.
• Participation in resolving complaints.
• Creation of sales documents in SAP.
• Assist the front office team and fill in when necessary.

Requirements:
• Associate degree or above in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in office executive щ
• Experience in back-office activities, preferably in multinational FMCG companies.
• Skills in managing the entire order process from order entry to order fulfillment, including claims handling, shipping, billing, and invoicing.
• Familiarity in the use of major computer tools (Microsoft Office); knowledge of SAP welcome.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork skills, problem solving, and proactive approach.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Romanian and English (B1 level).
